The Majestic Alhambra & Granada: Things to Do & Travel Guide
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Alhambra in Granada is often deemed one of the must-sees of southern Spain. It’s an architectural splendor with very well preserved palaces and gardens. It’s the most visited monument in Spain and is very well deserving of the title. Even though I was excited to see this gem, it absolutely blew away my expectations in person.

The Silesian City of Wroclaw – Things to Do & Travel Guide
Wroclaw is a small city in southwest Poland, and like several Polish cities, its stunning architecture is the main draw for tourists. (Helpful tip: it’s pronounced VROTS-WOV) I too had to see this city for myself, and it was much bigger than I’d expected.

Things to Know about Mardi Gras before ANY New Orleans Trip
If you’ve taken a French class in the U.S.A., you’ve probably heard of Mardi Gras. It’s most known for being a celebration of “fat Tuesday,” the day before Lent starts, and it’s popularly celebrated in New Orleans. As I took French throughout school and participated in French club in college, I did the King Cake every year and would tell others that there’s a crazy festival down in New Orleans each year to celebrate the day. A Louisiana Swamp Tour with Cajun Encounters
When I was in New Orleans, I opted to take a day trip on a Louisiana swamp tour, because who wouldn’t? I wanted to see what life was like down in the Bayou and what kind of wildlife they had, and of course, gators.

Experiencing AIRE Ancient Baths in Seville
Having a lot of Middle Eastern influences, Andalusian cities have several Turkish baths which you can go to. I like to treat myself to an expensive experience here and there so I decided that a bath and massage would be a great thing to splurge on. Alnwick Castle and Gardens (a Harry Potter Filming Location!)
Alnwick Castle is a fairytale-looking castle in Northumberland, England, and it currently serves as the seat of the 12th Duke of Northumberland. It was founded in the 11th century and has served as the seat of Northumberland nobility for hundreds of years. It’s actually still inhabited by English nobility today.
